What is your Diet Philosophy?

Delicious and nutrition dense while minimizing anything that will compromise your energy, vitality, performance and overall wellbeing. Start with the highest quality ingredients ­ we are strictly 100% grass­fed, wild­caught, free­range and organic. We never, ever use grains, gluten, soy,commercial dairy, artificial sugar, legumes, corn, vegetable/canola/seed oils.

Where are you located?

We are an online­based company that services the Greater Toronto Area.

What is the difference between trial and subscription meal plans?

Trial charges you one time only. Subscribing confirms ongoing meal service and will automatically draw payments weekly.

Can I purchase meals for someone else?

Yes of course! Please enter their contact and delivery information as well as dietary restrictions upon ordering.

I travel a lot, can I pause my meals?

Absolutely. We need just three days notice to pause or stop meal service.

Do you cater to special medical or dietary needs?

All the time! Please state them in the dedicated text box upon ordering OR shoot us an email outlining your requirements.

Do you have a vegetarian option?

Not at the moment.

Do you offer catering services?

Yes, we will work with you to create a custom paleo experience for your special event.

The Delivery Process
Everything about our delivery process, from our kitchen to you!

Where do you deliver?

We currently service the entire GTA including as far West as Oakville, North as North York, East as Scarborough and all of downtown.

What days do you deliver?

Select from Sunday and Wednesday evenings OR Monday and Thursday morning­afternoon. We send a text message with detailed meal descriptions on delivery days.

Why do you deliver two days?

For freshness and variety ­ with your enjoyment in mind 🙂

What happens to the meals if I am not home?

We can accept special instructions such as leaving with concierge, putting in your fridge for you, leaving at your doorstep etc. We’re flexible!

Can I make special delivery requests?

See above.

How do you keep the food fresh?

We start by purchasing the freshest, most local and in­season meat and produce possible. We use cooking techniques that maximize longevity, and deliver your meals in airtight glass containers.

What can I expect to receive?

6­8oz of grass­fed and finished meat, free­range poultry, wild­caught seafood along with a half­pound to a full pound of seasonal organic vegetables. How long will the meals keep?

Your meals will be good for up to four days refrigerated and longer if frozen. Not to worry, your second delivery of freshly prepared meals will be arriving again mid­week 😉

Can I customize my meals?

Although most dietary restrictions are already covered by our company standard, please let us know if you have special requirements ­ we always do our very best to accommodate.

Will I get the same meals every week?

Never, we cook five unique meal varieties every week! Variety is one of the most complimented aspects of our service.

Can I put the glass containers in the oven/microwave?

Absolutely, the glass is very versatile this way.

Can I freeze the meals?

Yes, certainly.

What do I do with the containers after eating?

Please give them a light rinse, we will power steam them to clean/sanitize. We collect used containers upon next delivery!

How to pay for your meals.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our website is optimized for PayPal, however we can also keep a credit card on file.

If I am on a subscription meal plan, when will I get charged?

You will be charged every 7 days after your subscription date. If you pause/stop meal service, the charge will be refunded immediately.
